I’m trying to get a refund for a watch that doesn’t tell the time accurately and doesn’t fit on my wrist. The company are being less than helpful so far.

Well, that was harder than it might have been. After a prolonged exchange of emails, I finally beat down the delaying tactics of American Music Star and got a refund. The whole exchange can be read in this .pdf file (reverse order, because email)
