Two weeks on my own … here’s my meal diary to prove I’m not a total loss:

16 May

Breakfast:
Coffee
Lunch:
Ham & Salami sandwich; water; “gourmet” cookie
Afternoon snack:
Tea; dark chocolate nut bar
Dinner:
Keema aloo; channa masala; rice; Spitfire ale; apple pie
Evening snack:
Toast; cheese; gin & ginger ale.


17 May

Breakfast:
Coffee; peanut granola bar
Lunch:
Keema aloo; rice; water; pecan tart; coffee
Dinner:
Bacon & black pudding sandwich; London Pride ale; apple pie
Evening snack:
½ Melton Mowbray pork pie; spiced rum & Ribena.


18 May
Pub lunch in The Walker House, Southampton after a long (for me) walk.

Breakfast:
Coffee x2; peanut granola bar
Lunch:
Haddock & chips; 2 pints draught Guinness
Afternoon snack:
Coffee; apple pie
Dinner:
Ham & Salami sandwich; water; ice-cream sandwich
Evening snack:
½ Melton Mowbray pork pie; spiced rum & Ribena.


19 May

Breakfast #1:
Coffee; peanut granola bar
Breakfast #2:
Coffee; fresh bread; cheese
Lunch:
Steak & vegetable pie; chips; mushy peas; water
Dinner:
Spiced ground beef, ham & peas melange; toast; gin & ginger ale.
Evening snack:
Cheese; bread; pickled onions.

Beef Madras; Saag Aloo; Pilau Rice; Naan; Guinness

2x chocolate chip cookie; gin & ginger ale.
