Car Magazine Online has a spyshot of the new interior for the 2010 Jaguar XJ, featuring a pop up gear selector similar to that found in the XF. Together with other changes, this would seem to indicate a move to a more contemporary interior.

Jaguar Sales Up

Automotive News  [subscription required] reports that Jaguar sales across Europe rose by nearly 70% last month, which is very good news for Tata Motors.

I think that a lot of the credit goes to the new XF, which has been well received by Jaguar enthusiasts.

Jaguar news is thin on the ground lately, so I thought I’d mention this baby jaguar, born a couple of weeks ago in the Huachipa zoo in Lima, Peru.

NASA is offering a chance for everybody to become an astronaut on the next Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter, though in name only.

Participants can submit their information at lro.jhuapl.edu/NameToMoon/, print a certificate and have their name entered into a database. The database will be placed on a microchip that will be integrated onto the spacecraft.

I signed Amy up and surprised her with the Certificate … she’s thrilled, and says it’s “very cool”.
